PP Biaxial Geogrid
Polypropylene biaxial geogrid is integrally formed structure manufactured from polypropylene, from the processes of polypropylene resins and additives mixture, heat-melting, extruding, punching, longitudinal stretching and transverse stretching. PP Biaxial Geogrid features high tensile strength at both longitudinal (MD) and transverse (TD) directions.It has been proven excellent structure stability (junction effiency≥95%) and strong mechanical interlock performance in practical applications and projects. PP biaxial geogrids are especially designed and most used for soil stabilization and reinforcement applications in the world.

characteristic provides a continuous non-deforming water resistant barrier. The geogrid is bitumen coated
which ensures proper adhesion to the asphalt layers over the tack coat surface, and further optimizes the
chemical compatibility between the fiberglass reinforcement and the pavement overlay to create a solid bond
of the asphalt layers over the tack coat surface. This bond ensures that the reinforcing grid is in a position to
effectively accept and distribute tensile stresses.
